01. Are we allowed to smoke on the vehicle?

Unfortunately we don't allow smoking on any of our vehicles to ensure maximum cleanliness and freshness for our future clients. However, our professional chauffeurs will be happy to stop and make smoke breaks whenever you'd like.

02. How safe are your vehicles?

Of course! We pride ourselves on the safety of our vehicles as compared to our competitors. All of our vehicles are inspected thoroughly as well as maintained regularly, and they're insured to the maximum allowable extent. You'll have nothing to worry about when it comes to your safety and our vehicles!

03. Do you only service Ft. Lauderdale?

Absolutely not! We service areas around Ft. Lauderdale, as well. Check out our service area page to see which areas we regularly service. We have a huge area of coverage as you will see on our service page, and we will always work with any request the best we can to assist you with your transportation needs.

04. Are we allowed to drink on the vehicle?

You and your guests are certainly allowed to drink on the vehicles as long as you're 21 years of age or older. There are even refreshment bars and coolers build inside stocked with ice for your convenience. For high school dances, like prom and homecoming, there is of course no drinking allowed.

05. What hidden fees are there when booking?

Absolutely none, everything is laid out in the rental agreement. The only extra charges would be paying the extra time used if you go over your paid time, or if your group causes damage or the need for extensive cleaning to our vehicle. However, almost all customers are respectful of our party buses, so it's almost never an issue.

06. Will you hold a bus for me when I get a free quote?

Unfortunately, we can not do that, or we would be constantly telling customers our buses are on hold for someone who may or may not book. In order to lock in your bus you will need to officially book by making your down payment, you can also choose to pay in full.
